Types of product
Element-4
With the help of the Element-4 additive from naphtha (octane 62-64), by mixing you can get 80 octane gasoline; Regular-92, Premium-95. Or with a smaller addition of Element-4 to 80 octane gasoline, get Regular-92, Premium-95.
Element-5
With the help of the Element-5 additive from naphtha with sulfur up to 20 ppm (octane 62-64), the gasoline of the 80 octane gasoline can be obtained by mixing; Regular-92, Premium-95, Super-98, Super-100, strictly conforming to the Euro-5 standard.
To obtain Super-98 gasoline from the Regular-92 Euro-5 base, it is necessary to add from 7% to 8% vol. Element-5. And for Super-100 gasoline, it is necessary to add 10% vol. Element-5.

We feed the additive and the base into the working container through the pump. Due to the difference in density, mixing occurs.

Next, the pump starts pumping the contents of the working container in a closed-loop, completing the mixing.

We control mixing by sampling the upper and lower layers and comparing the density.
